Return Policy We make it easy to return items. We guarantee all merchandise sold by Scott Auto Concepts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item in new condition, including original packaging and paperwork, for a prompt refund. Scott Auto Concepts is currently unable to accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. International orders may only be exchanged when defective. Shipping Costs / Credits The credit card originally used will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and restocking fees. Scott Auto Concepts will pay return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a result of our error. A restocking fee will not apply in this event. Your credit card will be credited when Scott Auto Concepts or the Shipper has received and processed the returned item (s). You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account. Scott Auto Concepts cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. Returned Items All returned items will be examined upon receipt. If the item is not in new condition including original packaging and paperwork or does not meet the return conditions we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product may be shipped back to you. How do I return a product? All returns require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order for us to accept shipments. Please E-mail us with your concerns so that we may send you an RMA #. How do I cancel an item that has not yet shipped? Please e-mail (orders@scottautoconcepts.com) to cancel an item. We will need to confirm that it has not yet shipped. Exchanges If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest place a new order or e-mail us. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse. Sometimes your credit card statement will not post the credited amount until their next statement cycle. Warranty Claims All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer of the product in question. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and do our best to help you in anyway we can with warranty issues. However, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for all warranty claims and it is their sole discretion whether to honor or disapprove a warranty claim.
